Different from the Founding Partner Edition — where we recognized the very first employers supporting our Global Talent & Cultural Diversity initiative (both strategically and financially) — the annual award of Global Talent Career Festival is based on a structured, data-driven evaluation.

In collaboration with WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Pisitta Vongswasdi, we have co-developed a Global Talent Recruiting & Integration Survey.

👉 It takes ~15 minutes and follows a clear scoring matrix to ensure fair and comparable results.
