Global Spotlight GmbH was founded from a shared vision for the future of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in Europe. The company was co-founded by Mandy Sun and Michel Rudin — the founder of the Swiss Diversity Association (the largest DEI organization in Switzerland) and CEO of AGON DIVERSITY AG. It is dedicated to the growing importance of global talent as well as the transformative power of cultural, ethnic, and geographic diversity to create sustainable DEI impact across Europe. This collaboration marks the first step in the internationalization of Swiss Diversity.
Within this framework, the Global Talent Career Festival — a large-scale initiative to connect international top talent with future-oriented employers — is organized jointly with Swiss Diversity. This partnership combines Swiss Diversity’s DEI commitment and long-standing experience with Global Spotlight’s innovative approach in global talent management, career development, and employer branding.
Under this new vision, the festival follows an inclusive approach for all: it celebrates and promotes equal career opportunities for talents from diverse backgrounds — including people from different cultures, individuals with disabilities, LGBTQ+ talents, and outstanding female professionals and leaders. At the same time, it also targets local European talents who want to advance their careers in a truly international and inclusive work environment.
Looking ahead, this partnership will continue to evolve through collaboration with the German Diversity Association, a newly emerging non-profit organization jointly initiated with Swiss Diversity. The goal of this organization is to unite a broader network of partners under a shared European DEI mission — with genuine impact, measurable results, and innovative inclusion.
This trilateral alliance — consisting of Swiss Diversity (Switzerland), Global Spotlight GmbH (Germany), and the German Diversity Association — marks the beginning of a new era of European DEI leadership. This unique ecosystem combines nonprofit engagement, international talent consulting, inclusive employer branding, and digital innovation to shape a sustainable and united DEI future for Europe.

We create positive and safe spaces to connect, exchange ideas, and experience impactful moments together. Change should happen collaboratively with organizations and individuals from diverse backgrounds because together we achieve more.
To realize our goals, we have established various platforms such as the Award Night, Business Forum, Think Tank, Leaders Club, Advisory Board, Love Brunches, and many more. Additionally, the Inclusion Certificate for companies was launched to certify progress across all D&I areas. Each year, in collaboration with ZHAW, we publish the Swiss Diversity Study on the relationship between D&I and the competitiveness of Swiss companies.
As the Swiss Diversity Association, we are committed to recognizing and promoting the diversity of Swiss society. We firmly believe that lived Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion have a positive impact in all areas of life.
Swiss Diversity is a dialogue platform with the vision to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all its forms. The focus is on recognizing and fostering equal opportunities for people of diverse ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, skin colors, social backgrounds, ages, physical and cognitive abilities, and religions.
