Pride Brunch Geneva

Swiss Diversity, in partnership with Beiersdorf, is proud to present the Pride Brunch in Geneva. Held ahead of Pride Romandie, the Pride Brunch offers an ideal platform to promote and discuss key topics around Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Look forward to inspiring keynote talks and a powerful panel discussion featuring distinguished speakers from politics, business, and civil society.
Together, we are taking a stand against social isolation and the stigma surrounding loneliness, with a focus on "Loneliness within the queer community" and how we can foster greater togetherness and social connection.

There will also be plenty of time for lively conversation and networking - all accompanied by cool DJ beats.

Swiss Diversity Business Forum

For the second time, the Swiss Diversity Business Forum will take place as a standalone event. An afternoon and evening filled with unique guests, speeches, keynotes, panels, rich cultural experiences, and a host of small and large surprises.

Executive board members, board directors, diversity & inclusion officers, and DE&I teams will be offered a productive, hands-on exchange. Best practices will be shared, enabling participating companies to leverage synergies and scale ideas.

Swiss Diversity Award Night 2025

The 2025 Swiss Diversity Award Night will be especially vibrant, reflecting the diversity of its guests. In addition to honoring the winners of the Swiss Diversity Awards, attendees can look forward to a live music program featuring a wide range of musicians and artists. On September 6, 2025, Swiss individuals, organizations, and projects will be recognized for the seventh time with the Swiss Diversity Award for their commitment to diversity and inclusion. The event at Kursaal Bern offers not only the award ceremony but also an exceptional supporting program.

The award categories include LGBTQIA+, Gender+, Age, Disability, Education & Social Background, Nationality & Ethnicity, and Religion & Spirituality. In addition, two special awards will be presented: the Allianz Lifetime Award, honoring an individual for their life's work, and the Swisscom Entrepreneurship Award, recognizing a D&I business idea with strong potential and scalability.
