By 𝟐𝟎𝟑𝟓, Germany alone is expected to face a shortage of 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝟕 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 skilled workers if current demographic trends continue.

Yet every year, thousands of highly qualified international professionals arrive with the ambition to contribute—and too many struggle to fully integrate into the labour market and society.

Global Impact e.V. was founded to help make exactly that happen.

This is more than another non-profit.

It is a long-term movement to strengthen Germany and the DACH region by connecting employers, universities, policymakers, and international talent around one shared vision:
