AI is changing careers. OK, we got this.
But the more interesting question is: Are WE changing fast enough with it?
And when international talent comes to Germany, another question matters just as much: What makes people want to STAY?
They are questions I deal with as a leader, and questions I believe companies need to answer much more concretely.
That is why I am especially looking forward to 15. October:
