🌍 Attracting global talent is only step one. Belonging is where real impact begins.

cultural diversity matters for our economic competitiveness. But sustainable impact and true innovation don't happen just by bringing diverse people through the door. They are unlocked only when we actively foster a deep sense of belonging ✨.

The human question we need to ask is: What does it actually take for someone who moves here to build not just a successful career, but a happy life, a real network, and a place that starts to feel like home? 🏡❤

For me, integrating global talent is about ensuring every individual feels safe and valued as an equal, indispensable part of our companies and society 🤝.
