Wow, that’s all I can say. Last night, I attended the first #GlobalTalentCareerFestival and was more than impressed.

250 ambitious individuals gathered at RheinRiff and discussed why diversity in companies can truly be a value-creation booster and what we can do better.

Several companies were recognized because they have been committed to diversity for a long time.
