Proud to share that the CHRO of Deutsche Post und DHL Dr. Thomas Ogilvie will be a keynote speaker at the Future Career Festival on 15 October, where he will talk about what it really takes to build a workforce that is international by design rather than by accident — and about what AI is changing in the way DHL hire, develop and keep people.

Logistics learned a long time ago that talent knows no borders. The organisations that treat global talent as a core capability rather than a recruiting tactic will simply have more options than everyone else.
