As a Board Member of IWiL – Initiative Women in Leadership, I have been committed since 2017 to making women with leadership potential more visible, encouraging them to take on responsibility, and enabling them to contribute their perspectives in a value-creating way.

Especially in times of global change, we need strong networks — individuals who learn from one another, empower each other, and develop new perspectives together.

That’s why I am very excited to be part of the Global Talent Career Festival and to meet female leaders as well as ambitious professionals in the Leaders Lounge.

The Leaders Lounge brings together leaders, experienced talents, and organizations committed to cultural diversity, international collaboration, and the integration of global talent. I warmly invite women in leadership positions as well as ambitious professionals from Germany and around the world to be part of this special evening.
