“Diversity is more than a social responsibility. It is a strategic imperative.
I am proud to share that WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management is an official University Founding Partner of the Global Talent Career Festival.
My role on the Advisory Board of this initiative is a direct reflection of my long-standing personal conviction. From both a university perspective and personal experience, I am convinced that cultural exchange and visible leadership are essential drivers of societal progress.
Responsible decision-makers do not emerge by coincidence. They grow in environments where diverse talent is given visibility, opportunity, and real access to networks. The Global Talent Career Festival creates exactly this kind of space, bringing together ambition, diversity, and opportunity in a way that turns dialogue into momentum.
I warmly encourage these groups to join us
• WHU and In Praxi - WHU Alumni Association alumni expanding their international footprint
• Women ready to take the next step in leadership
• Professionals seeking broader global perspectives
My sincere thanks to Mandy Yuman Sun, Christina Sontheim-Leven, Prof. Dr. med. Andreas Meyer-Falcke, Michel Rudin, Dr. Boris von Bieberstein, and to everyone involved in Diversity at WHU, Miriam Kraneis, Pisitta Vongswasdi and to Global Spotlight GmbH for their commitment and vision in driving this initiative forward.
I look forward to the conversations and connections this festival will spark.
