𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 #𝟮: 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀 🇮🇳 🌍 | 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀. 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁.

My first encounter with Infosys was back in 2018, when I visited its global headquarters in Bengaluru as part of my WHU MBA journey. I remember being impressed by how a company with its roots in India had developed into a global technology leader — today bringing together 320,000+ professionals worldwide.

Years later, our paths crossed again in Düsseldorf. Last September, I was invited to speak at the Infosys Düsseldorf Digital Innovation Centre on migrant entrepreneurship, where I first met Andrea Hendrickx , Country Head of Infosys Germany, and Dr. Gopakumar Gopalakrishnan Gopalakrishnan, Head of Innovation at Infosys Germany.

What impressed me was not only Infosys’ strength in 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, but also its international mindset and openness to different cultures and perspectives.

To me, Infosys is a great example of what a truly global employer can look like: 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁, 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲.
