🚀 Happy to share that I will be a panel speaker at the Future Career Festival on 15 October 🚀 

The energy industry is undergoing profound change and that makes it a particularly interesting place to explore how work and careers are evolving. Furthermore AI is fundamentally changing what we do and how we do it, while increasingly international teams are changing how we collaborate, lead and learn from each other. 

For people building their careers today, this means that the question is no longer simply "What role do I want to have next?" - It is also about which skills, experiences and perspectives will help me stay relevant and create impact in a rapidly changing and increasingly global environment.

I’m looking forward to an open discussion about what this means in practice - for individuals, for leaders and for the organizations we are building.
