✨ Strong Start to the 2026 Networking Year: Düsseldorf IN Brings People, Ideas, and Perspectives Together

✨ Back from the winter break: Düsseldorf IN has kicked off the 2026 networking year! At the first event of the year, several hundred guests from business, politics, culture, and the city community gathered at the Alte Kesselhaus at Areal Böhler—enjoying a relaxed atmosphere and a strong spirit of collaboration.

A special highlight of the evening was the variety of on-site presentations: Kevin Arenja introduced himself and offered guests a claw machine experience, Friedhelm Schaffrath GmbH & Co. KG created a meeting point with a high-quality furniture networking lounge, and at Global Spotlight GmbH, participants could capture moments in a 360° photobooth and learn more about the Global Talent Career Festival.

Among the guests were Birgitta Kubsch-von Harten (Chairwoman of the Management Board of the Düsseldorf Employment Agency), Gregor Berghausen (CEO of the Chamber of Commerce), Christiane Oxenfort (Director of the Düsseldorf Festival), and Mayor Josef Hinkel.

Another key focus of the evening was the charity initiative: SleepIn, an emergency shelter for young people and young adults.
