🌍 We don’t just need international workers, we need a culture of absolute belonging. 

As one of the co-founders of Global Impact e.V., I am incredibly proud to be part of this strong initiative bringing together leaders from business, academia, and public leadership.

🎯 What do we stand for? Our association's purpose is clear: We promote cultural diversity, equal opportunities, international understanding, and the social and professional integration of people with an international background across the DACH region through structured exchange, education, research, and best practices.

❤ Why this is so close to my heart: As I also highlight in the visual attached:

For me, integrating global talent is about far more than recruitment or filling a skills gap. True innovation doesn't happen just by bringing diverse people through the door; it is unlocked only when we actively foster a deep sense of belonging. Sustainable impact is born when every individual feels safe and valued as an equal, indispensable part of our companies and society.
