What an incredible evening at the Global Talent Career Festival in Düsseldorf! 

Simone Kretzschmar graced the stage to receive the Founders Award for Henkel! A recognition of Henkel’s commitment to diverse talent, international collaboration and the value of diverse perspectives across our global teams.

Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to speak with many impressive global talents whose experiences, ambition and curiosity made every conversation inspiring. From coaching to speed-matching Evelyn, Maggie, Alisa, Lea and I held down the "fort", sharing as many insights at our booth as possible to the future #Henkelaners.

A special shoutout to Hanan Hallal for co-delivering an outstanding panel that energized the room and reflected the spirit of the festival & Henkel.

And of course, the presence of our Spee Fuchs brought extra fun to the day and created many memorable moments! 🦊💙 Thank you so much Tim!
