When was the last time you opened the news or Tagesschau and actually felt… optimistic?

Wars, geopolitical tensions, layoffs, companies restructuring, AI potentially replacing jobs — sometimes it feels as if every headline gives us another reason to worry about what comes next.

But maybe we should give some of our attention to what is actually going right. 🌱

Because at the same time, we are living through an incredibly interesting transformation. Global collaboration is becoming more important than ever, and Germany continues to need talent in many of the industries that will shape its future. The question shouldn't only be “Which jobs will disappear?” but also: Where is growth happening? Which skills will matter? And where will the next career opportunities come from?
