Last week, we were very happy to kick off the Global Talent Career Festival with around 280 attendees and 10 inclusive employers in a tropical festival atmosphere atย RheinRiff, right in front of the blue waves.
We were especially honored by the opening keynote from ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐รผ๐๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ณย Clara Gerlach, who spoke about Dรผsseldorfโs openness to international talent and the importance of building an international, innovative city and economy.

But what made the evening special was not only the awards, the speeches, or the numbers. It was the first time, employers, students, international talents, German talents, universities, public sector, and industry were all in one room โ discussing one very important question:
