At the Global Talent Career Festival Kick-off Night, we introduced something long overdue: An award dedicated to cultural diversity & global talent integration.

Because here is the reality:

Germany is experiencing a massive inflow of international

talent —

 but the real challenge is not attraction.

It’s integration. Retention. Real inclusion in professional and social life.

💡 So far, most diversity and inclusion awards have focused on:

-Gender diversity

- LGBTQ+

- General D&I

- All important.

But one critical dimension has been overlooked:

👉 Cultural diversity & global talent integration.
