Global talent follows inclusive cultures.

My own career journey, from Syria to Germany, has shown me how powerful it is when organizations create environments where openness, respect, and diverse perspectives are truly valued.

That is why I am excited that Henkel is supporting the Global Talent Career Festival and that I will join the Kick-off Night on March 26 in Düsseldorf.

I am looking forward to meeting Global talents from Germany and around the world, and networking with co-inclusive employers and leaders at the Henkel stand, on stage or at the leaders’ lounge.
