“We are proud to announce the official cooperation on our cultual diversity and global talent intiative- Global Talent Career Festival- with the top business school in germany WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Strengthening our collaboration with the Diversity Team at WHU, led by Professor Pisitta Vongswasdi, Associate Dean for Diversity, Inclusion & Talent Development, Equal Opportunities Officer, and Chair of Leadership & Society at WHU, marks an important step for our initiative.
Together with Professor Vongswasdi and her research team, we are co-developing the Global Talent Recruiting & Integration Survey & Research Framework.
Starting October 2026, this research will form the academic foundation for the evaluation of our Global Talent Employer Award. This partnership ensures that our award and employer positioning are not only visible — but evidence-based.
We are equally grateful for the continued support from strong leaders & voices within WHU, including Miriam Kraneis, Klaudia Wilde, and the Diversity at WHU team, who truly believe in the value of cultural diversity and global talent integration in Germany.
