🌍 For me, leadership above all means creating opportunities for everyone.

As Director of the MBA Career Center at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, I support cultural diversity and equal opportunities across borders and genders. Different perspectives not only make teams stronger, but also lead to better decisions and more innovation.

I am therefore very much looking forward to the exchange in the Leaders Lounge with other leaders and experienced professionals who are interested in management roles and want to discuss together how leadership can succeed across borders, how we can promote cultural diversity, and how to successfully integrate global talent in the DACH region.

A special highlight for me will also be the Talent Coaching Corner at the Global Talent Career Festival. I am excited to meet young professionals there and share my personal experiences as a leader in a culturally diverse environment in Germany.

I look forward to inspiring conversations, new perspectives, and the exchange of ideas and best practices.
