As advisory board member of the Global Talent Career Festival, I support cultural diversity and opportunities across borders. Different perspectives make teams stronger, decisions better, and organizations more innovative.

I look forward to connecting with other leaders and experienced professionals in the Leaders Lounge who are interested in management roles and in exchanging ideas about leadership across borders and genders, cultural diversity, and the integration of global talent in the DACH region.
