Together with the Chair of Leadership & Society and the Research & Impact Measurement team at WHU, we are working to strengthen the ecosystem for global talent in the DACH region.

By connecting research, leadership, and practice, we support companies in attracting, developing, and retaining international professionals, while fostering measurable impact and inclusive leadership.

We look forward to contributing to the Global Talent Career Festival Kick-off Night on 26.03.2026 and to building sustainable bridges between global talent and employers.
